This award highlights our commitment to our families and children in our care. Our goal will always remain the same: to provide the highest quality of care to the children entrusted to us. With our play-based learning environment, we remain committed to allowing every child to grow and thrive in a loving and nurturing setting.
Our history
Blessings Care for Kids opened in January 2015 with the original goal of providing high-quality care to school-aged children. Our business was founded to serve those who prefer a family approach and personalized attention rather than a typical before-and-after-school program.
We continued to grow, and by 2019, we added care for toddlers and infants to our list of services. With a change in ownership in 2023, our love for our families only increased, as well as our commitment to high-quality care.
We partner with and provide transportation to several different schools and preschools in our area to ensure that well-rounded care is available to every child that we care for.
Throughout the years, our goal has always remained the same: create close relationships with each child and their families and have a deep understanding of every child’s development stage throughout their formative years. We strive to consistently improve our curriculum so that every child who comes through our doors will be well-prepared for preschool, kindergarten, elementary school, and beyond.

Meet the Staff
Miss Nicole
On-Site Supervisor
Miss Nicole was one of the original Blessings children when we first opened in 2015. She returned to Blessings in the summer of 2022, starting as a part-time teacher and working her way up to her current role as an on-site supervisor. Nicole has had a love for children from a young age and knew early on that she wanted to work with them. She truly loves Blessings and all the families who walk through the doors.
Miss Sam
On-Site Supervisor
Miss Sam has been a part of the Blessings team since August 2024 and brings over six and a half years of child care experience with her. She began as a lead teacher and now serves as an on-site supervisor while also working as one of our infant teachers. She has a true passion for working with children and loves watching them grow in every way: physically, emotionally, and developmentally.
Miss Melissa
Lead Teacher
Miss Melissa started with us in 2024. She has always had a love for children and teaching. She previously ran her own in-home daycare for several years. Melissa is in charge of our curriculum and ensures it is personalized to meet each child’s specific needs. We truly appreciate Melissa and all she has done for Blessings.
Miss Kristen
Baby Teacher
Miss Kristen recently joined the Blessings family and has already become a wonderful part of our team. With 13 years of experience in child care, she has worked with children of all ages and now serves as one of our infant teachers. Being a proud mom of two, Kristen has always had a passion for motherhood and working with children, and she brings that love into the classroom every day.
Miss Layla
Teacher
Miss Layla has been a part of the Blessings team since October 2024. Her outgoing personality and positive spirit make her a wonderful addition to our Blessings family. She brings enthusiasm and energy to the classroom every day!
Miss Shaylee
Teacher
Miss Shaylee joined us in 2024. She has always had a love for children, having grown up with her mom running an in-home daycare. Shaylee has been a wonderful addition to our team, and the kids absolutely adore her.
Miss Jade
Teacher
Miss Jade joined us in September of 2025 and has been a full-time teacher since day one. She has always had a love for children, and it shows in everything she does. The kids have adored her from the start, and so have we. We are incredibly thankful to have her as part of our Blessings family.
